The product
A2 Farmer Buffalo Bilona Ghee is made from grass-fed Murrah buffalo milk, set to curd overnight, hand-churned to makhan and slow-cooked — the bilona method. Buffalo milk is naturally A2, and our milk is genotype-tested A2A2. See the lab report and how our ghee is made.
Storage & texture
Store the jar closed, dry and away from sunlight; always use a dry spoon. No fridge needed — shelf life is 12 months from manufacture. Pure ghee turns grainy or solid in winter and liquid in summer; that is normal, not a defect (why buffalo ghee is white and grainy).
